Fibre Batch Doser
Fibers are used in various industrial sectors today. Inocon-IP offers the Fiber Batch Doser (FBD) type fiber dosing system for automatic fiber dosing. This system allows for the dosing of both organic and synthetic fibers.
The feeding is done by bags, big-bags or with an up-streamed Fibre Silo Extruder Type FSE. The FBD is designed as differential batch dosing unit and equipped with an electromechanical discharge unit. Difficult fibres can be dosed and discharged with high accuracy. Through the replaceable container it is possible to change fibre types without cleaning in a minimum of time. The Fibre Batch Doser can be implemented in the existing control system or can be delivered with separate control system. At the own Inocon test plant various fibres respectiveley dosing capacity and dosing accuracy can be checked.
