Microdosing

For the precise dosing of large mass flows, two-stage conveying systems are used, such as dosing screws with microdosing.
The main conveyor screw handles the majority of the mass flow, while microdosing is carried out by a smaller microdosing screw to ensure precise dosing. This type of microdosing can also be used independently with very high dosing accuracy, especially in applications where small amounts of material must be fed precisely.
For cohesive bulk materials, special discharge aids and interlocking twin screws ensure that microdosing works smoothly even with difficult materials.
