Acquisition of the part bulk material handling and dry mortar plant of Christof Industries Austria GmbH

7th December 2022

In September 2013, INOCON bought 12,000 square metres of hall space including the production equipment and 4,200 square metres of office space from the insolvent plant construction company Doubrava, took over 27 employees and 13 apprentices and continued to operate under the name INOCON-IP. At that time, the majority of Doubrava’s workforce had been taken over by the industrial assembly company FMT and the subsidiary Doubrava Industrieanlagenbau GmbH was founded. From November 2019, Doubrava operated under the brand name and the new division plant construction and conveyor technology of Christof Industries Austria GmbH. This division of Inocon-IP was acquired through the insolvency proceedings.

For our CEO Fritz Pesendorfer was it therefore a hearts desire to merge these two companies into one again.
