In September 2013, INOCON bought 12.000 square meters of hall space including the production equipment located therein and 4.200 square meters of office space from the insolvent plant engineering company Doubrava, took on 27 employees and 13 apprentices and continued operating them under the name INOCON-IP. The industrial assembly company FMT had taken over the majority of Doubrava's workforce at the time and founded the subsidiary Doubrava Industrieanlagenbau GmbH. From November 2019, Doubrava operated under the brand and the new plant engineering and conveyor technology division of Christof Industries Austria GmbH. This division was acquired by Inocon-IP through the insolvency proceedings.
For our managing director Fritz Pesendorfer it was therefore a matter close to his heart to merge both companies into one company again.
