The plant check is a systematic inspection of a plant by an experienced employees. The check is prepared internally on an individual basis, i.e. an installation checklist is created for each installation, which is then used to go through the installation point by point. If spare parts are needed, they are recorded directly on site with the help of a parts list brought along.
After the inspection work has been completed, a condition report is drawn up, which essentially informs you which work needs to be done and how urgently, and which spare parts are required for this. In addition to the condition report, we will provide you with an individual spare parts offer. You can decide which work you want to carry out yourself and which you want INOCON-IP to carry out, or you can postpone less important work to a later date.

Our machining programme ranges from spare parts production to individual parts and series production. We manufacture to customer order according to sample or drawing and, on request, prepare our own quotation for each enquiry. We also produce complex assemblies and complete solutions according to your specifications.
In order to carry out necessary repairs or plant revisions in a targeted and time-efficient manner, optimised storage of spare parts is the decisive factor. A team of spare parts experts with many years of experience in industrial plant engineering is at your disposal and supports you from the inventory of your spare parts warehouse to the optimisation of your spare parts stocks.
An experienced team of spare parts experts is at your disposal for spare parts orders, reorders of used parts and for repairs of various system parts. We also handle contract manufacturing, orders and repairs from external trades for you. In addition, we organise repair and maintenance work as well as plant checks for existing plants.
