Fiber dosing system
Fibers are used in various industrial sectors today. Inocon-IP offers the fiber dosing system type FBD (Fiber Batch Doser) for automatic fiber dosing. This system enables the dosing of both organic and synthetic fibers.
The storage container can be filled with sacks, big bags or with an upstream fiber silo discharge device type FSE (Fiber Silo Extruder). The fiber dosing system is equipped as a differential batch dosing system with an electromechanical discharge unit. This allows fibers that are difficult to flow to be dosed with high precision. The special design with an interchangeable container means that fibers can be changed in a very short time without cleaning. The fiber dosing system is implemented in the existing system control system or it is offered with an independent dosing control system. InoCon has its own test system with which different fibers can be tested and dosing performance and dosing accuracy can be examined in advance.
